Why join and contribute?
We’re building a competence matrix to guide financial literacy education with and for young people. You’ll help validate and improve this framework by:
- Sharing what digital financial skills you believe matter most
- Giving feedback on proposed skills and training ideas
- Highlighting what support youth workers and non-formal educators need to help young people thrive
How it works?
No pressure. No schedule. Just impact.
Each round offers multiple ways to participate, so you can:
- Vote in polls (via WhatsApp or Facebook)
- React to short statements
- Explore and post your ideas on a virtual Padlet wall (text, images, video)
- Watch a short kickoff video to get inspired
Join once, or come back as often as you like. Each contribution helps us design inclusive and relevant financial learning tools for young people everywhere.
Who can join?
- Young people (15–25) are ready to shape what financial literacy should look like today and tomorrow.
- Youth workers and non-formal educators who want to better support financial learning in a digital, participatory and empowering way.
Our approach
This activity is guided by the EU/OECD Financial Competence Frameworks, ETS Youth Work Competence Model, and inspired by Paulo Freire’s critical pedagogy. We aim to adopt an accessible, inclusive, and co-creative approach because meaningful learning starts with listening.
